Thus a significant role for the progress of the Altran Group is played by the Human Resources theme and initiatives – the Group can only develop further by means of and with its employees. Close coordination and the involvement of experienced consultants and managers in the development and implementation of HR programmes are important for us, in order to assure fulfilment of the requirements.

At the same time support and demands belong together for us: for the most promising development of our staff, a common dedication and commitment is necessary in order to facilitate a successful and satisfying situation for all of us. Lets all work together on this!

Hereby the HR team works as an internal service provider within Altran. Various projects are undertaken in the course of career development, further education, training, international opportunities or staff incentive.

In addition you will learn to appreciate our open and positive communication approach, which is very important at all hierarchy levels. Regular meetings with colleagues outside projects make it possible to get to know them, personally promote good networking and share experiences of exciting assignments and other fields of work.

As a Consultant you work in teams and advise our clients on their technological projects. Their assignment spectrum can cover all project stages, from technical and strategic studies via research and development up to implementation of IT solutions.
