Participate in our global Altran study, entitled:
Costs and benefits of model-based development of embedded software systems in automobiles

The amount of software, and the resulting various new individual topics in the automotive industry are continually rising. In the past few years, software has developed into an innovation driver in the automotive industry.

The continually rising complexity of these individual systems is seen as a core problem in maintaining a sufficiently high degree of reliability in software systems. Within the context of the study to be carried out by Altran Technologies in co-operation with the TU Munich, chair of software and systems of Prof. Dr. Dr. Manfred Broy, we will focus on three key areas of this thematic complex:

  • The status quo, as well as the current degree of saturation of model-based software development
  • a cost-benefit analysis of model-based software development, as well as
  • a prospective outlook on the further potential of model-based software development

The interview results of this study will be consolidated. Important insights will be derived from the overview, which can provide impulses for your individual development efforts.

Information about the questionnaire, and contact details:
Based on our experience, you will require approx. 75 - 90 minutes to complete the questionnaire. The survey will run until the end of March 2010.
