AeroSpace is a superior engine of innovation. More than virtually any other sector, it combines a multitude of high-tech areas and is characterised by global thinking and international action. Technical developments are driven forward with enormous expenditure and effort, but also under great competitive pressure, since the aerospace industry depends on political decisions and the economic situation more than most sectors. Innovation, flexibility and cost-consciousness play a major part in this.

Using international facilities in over 20 countries, ALTRAN Technologies can handle transnational projects. We are an "E2S Preferred Supplier" of EADS and collaborate with Diehl, Lufthansa, Rolls Royce, Bombardier and OHB amongst others. Our aerospace expertise ranges from overall aircraft design with "airworthiness certification" (including Part 21J DOA privileges) via systems development to supplier management. We maintain sizable facilities in this area, such as our Embedded Systems Development Center in Hamburg.
