- Heat dissipation of power LEDs
- High-intensity LEDs (Light Emitting Diodes) will replace the traditional light sources. The high efficiency of the light source, however, requires very demanding heat management for the LED (Light Emitting Diode).

- Modelling of the heat flows by FEM (Finite Element Model) and classical calculation methods
Approach, solution
- For an LED light source of different coloured LEDs, a heat dissipation concept is to be evaluated. In particular, it is tested whether a concept without fans is feasible.
