Training

Training is everything. At least if the objective is the creation and strengthening of competitive advantages. To be able to sustain the high standards in the technological environment, ALTRAN Technologies also trains its own employees thoroughly. Our initial and further training throughout people's careers covers the area of soft skills on the one hand and technical areas (tool applications, development techniques, project and process management, bus systems) on the other.

Another important component of our corporate philosophy is to share our know-how with our customers. That is how we create the basis for successful, ever-evolving and long-term partnerships. The means to this end are instruction and training on the one hand and highly professional coaching alongside specific projects on the other.

The first step: At your request, ALTRAN will analyse the training requirements at your company and develop tailored training concepts for you. We can undertake the implementation planning and also conduct the training sessions. The knowledge transfer is complemented by high-quality coaching, as already mentioned. And last but not least, your in-house knowledge is of course integrated and maintained as well.
