Internships

• We offer keen students the chance in our organisation as interns, before starting your career, to gather experience in consulting and make initial contacts for embarking on your professional career. You will work in administration or support our Consultants in exciting projects and this way receive a comprehensive insight into one or several of our Industry Practices and/or Solution Practices.

• The ideal situation for this is if you study business administration, electrical engineering, automotive engineering, IT, aeronautics, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, physics, business information systems, business engineering or a natural science or are taking a similar course and you are in an advanced semester (at least third semester for B.Sc.).

• If you also have some practical experience in a field similar to IT or an engineering science, you can fit in with teams, are dedicated and can also assume responsibility on your own initiative, we would be happy to receive your application.

• We also offer you the chance of cooperation with our company in one of our specialist fields when preparing your thesis for degree or master's qualification.

Volunteer for international experience* (VIE) ...

• .... by means of the VIE* employment contract, initiated by the French government, which is available to people under 28 from all EU and EEA member states, Altran offers students a unique opportunity to gain international experience.

• If you not a German national, under 28 years old, you are an engineer, IT technician or natural scientist, if you enjoy technology, IT and innovation consultation and are willing to make the move to us in Germany, please apply to us with the keyword VIE!

• 47 VIE contracts in the Group in 2009 in 8 countries: Germany, Belgium, China, Norway, the Netherlands, the UK, Switzerland and the USA. Thirteen volunteers were hired by the Group at the end of the VIE* period.
