Altran’s development centre that is located in Saxony has its roots in the aerospace industry. Today, a creative employee base services renowned customers in the aerospace industry, automobile industry and in other innovative industrial divisions.

Business Unit “Aerospace”

Proven to be a reliable partner when installing satellites. Here we provide the engineering competence of the design, the material selection, the purchasing and the production right through to integration of complete cable harnesses. The qualification of employees is regularly certified by independent institutions in accordance with European standards.

Business Unit “Testing, inspection and simulation systems”

Criteria in regards to reliability and security, but also economic viability in the entire product life cycle from development to production right through to maintenance and repair require sophisticated testing, review and simulation technology systems to support the processes.

Air-conditioned workspaces and cleanrooms as well as automatic cable test equipment and tools for processing cables in a variety of cross-sections and criteria ensure that our service is of high quality.

Using engineering and mathematical analyses incorporated into MatLab or LabView, or using a multi-physical FEM analysis, we obtain technical solutions even before implementing design and security.
