The Energy Choices

The Nuclear Industry Association, the “voice” of the UK civil nuclear sector, represents some 230 companies and more than 45,000 British nuclear workers.
According to the NIA, “the Energy Choices Conferences are recognised as being the best nuclear events on the UK calendar, because they are conferences organised for the industry... by the industry.’
These events attract the top speakers, as well as the highest-level of political input and give the most in-depth industrial insight into what is really going on in the nuclear sector.
The 2010 Energy Choices Conference staged a large nuclear exhibition featuring stands hosted by the leading sector players (including Altran), as well as announcements, full media facilities and the results of the NIA 2010 Ipsos-MORI public-opinion poll.
This annual event is sponsored by Areva, Babcock, Energy solutions and Rolls Royce.
Two Altran representatives, accompanied by around ten of the Group’s clients, attended the NIA/NI Annual Dinner, organised by the Nuclear Industry Association (NIA) and the Nuclear Institute (NI).
