For offering our clients and our employees further training Altran has developed a comprehensive training programme, covering soft skills as well as technical subjects. For it is an essential part of our corporate philosophy to share our know-how with our clients, thus creating the basis for successful and long-term partnerships which will keep developing continuously and positively.
Altran provides individually tailored support for qualifying your employees.
In our overview you will find selected training units we can provide virtually instantaneously and at attractive costs. Further subjects can be offered on request. Of course, individual adjustments or completely new designs are possible to meet your specific needs.
Inhouse trainings
Individual group of participants
Inhouse training sessions can be held either at your premises or in locations provided by Altran. As compared to “open” training units (for individuals) you alone will compose the group participating in inhouse trainings, just as you will determine the time and contents of the training. Likewise, you can decide on the type and scope of services you wish Altran to deliver, e.g.:
- printed handouts
- provision of presenters‘ material (laptop, beamer, flipchart, presenters’ kit)
- attendance management (invitations, standby list, participants‘ list, feedback sheets, certificates)

Open trainings
Individual registration
Individuals can register for our open trainings. You can select from a number of ready seminars. In order to ensure optimum learning success, each seminar has a fixed minimum and maximum number of participants. You will find the scope of each seminar in the corresponding training description.
