For e-mobility the charging infrastructure is an essential link between e-vehicles and mains supply. What end users want is convenient access to all charging stations, efficient and protected charging procedures as well as safe billing.
Aimed at meeting all the above requirements, new standards technically based on so-called “powerline communication“, “plc“ for short, have been created.
The Altran seminar “plc“ is geared towards experts who deal with the development of components and projects in this technical field: We present the underlying standards, the requirements on hard-/software and safety/security. In hands-on exercises we apply the “Altran plc tracer“, thus solidifying the imparted knowledge.
