In this certification Altran improved its last year’s results, receiving three stars in each category. The annual ranking of German “Top Employers“ is based on certain requirements. The assessment process and the responses provided by the participating enterprises are reviewed by the auditing company Grant Thornton and subject to the certification regulations of the CRF Institute, specialising in the assessment of employers. Participating enterprises are examined and assessed in five standard categories (primary benefits, secondary benefits & work-life balance, training & development, career opportunities & corporate philosophy). Companies can win five stars in each category; to be considered for certification at least 60% of the maximum attainable score must be achieved.
“Compared to last year, Altran improved in some categories while the competitive benchmarking became fiercer because a greater number of established enterprises participated”, is how Johnathan Fuller, Senior Human Resources Manager at Altran Deutschland proudly commented on the award.
In the current business year Altran intends to employ 400 new consultants in Germany only to cover the rising demand for development, in particular in the fields of energy, automotive and aerospace. “The award is a very positive feedback on our efforts in the field of personnel work. It will contribute to gaining recognition for us as one of the best employers in the development of innovative technologies.“ says Johnathan Fuller.
