Therefore we engage to protect your privacy and treat your data confidentially. We wish to inform you which of your personal data needs to be recorded when you visit our website and for which purposes this data is being used.
Personal data
Personal data is information which can be used to get to know personal or material circumstances about you. Information that cannot be related to you (or only with extremely high expenditure) is not personal data.
Collecting data when visiting our website
When you are visiting our website our website records temporarily technical data such as the IP address of the querying computer, the date of access of the client (file name and URL), the http answer code, protocol information (i.e. browser type, date and time). All this data is exclusively used for statistical purposes by us and is not passed on to third parties. After statistic evaluation the data is being regularly deleted within a week.
Furthermore we only ask for personal data (i.e. name, address, phone number, e-mail address) when you register in our contact form and inscribe on the distribution list for studies or press releases or if you register in our career portal.
Use of personal data
Personal data will only be collected by us to the extend you provide it to us. This personal data will only be used for advertisement / market studies and our services, after obtaining you explicit prior approval.
Cookies
Cookies are data sets that are being sent from the web server to the user’s web browsers and are being saved there for later retrieval. Cookies cannot download data from your hard drive and transfer your e-mail address or other data relating to your person to us. Using our website is also possible without cookies. This data will only be collected for the purpose in order to be able to send you the studies or the press release and document our authorisation to do so. The information will not be forwarded to third parties. You can revoke the receipt of the study and the press release as well as approval to store you e-mail address at any time. The Social-Media-Plugins on our website are deactivated by default. In order to activate them you have to click on the corresponding button. Google Maps
This website uses the web service Google Maps for the representation of interactive cards and in order to create route descriptions. Google Maps is a map service offered by Google Inc., 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, California 94043, USA (Google). By using Google Maps information about the use of this website including your IP address and addresses used to profit of the route planner function might be transferred to Google in the US.
Once you open a website of our internet presence that contains Google Maps your browser will build up a direct connection to the servers of Google. The map content will be transferred by Google directly to your browser and implemented by the browser in the website. Therefore we have no influence on the volume of the collected data by Google.
