By taking over IndustrieHansa, the Altran Group has created the largest engineering provider for aerospace and railway in Germany, practically “overnight”. “With this new size, Altran now can offer its customers tailor-made solutions for the whole process chain in aviation”, says Michel Renard, who leads Altran’s Division ASD-R. The internationally experienced manager currently has access to over 1,000 engineers for aerospace services in Germany alone. For the Altran Group, Germany has thus become the second biggest market for services in the aerospace sector.
The core areas aerospace experts are dealing with in Germany comprise manufacturing and engineering, maintenance, repair & overhaul as well as cabin interiors. Projects always focus on innovation and technology development.
