Altran expects a total workforce of 1400 employees
In particular, there is a demand for young engineers in the automotive sector, the field of infrastructure as well as transport and aerospace where the worldwide leading consultant traditionally has a strong position. The share of consultants is increasing over-proportionally in Altran’s Energy Industry: In the German industry the demand for energy-efficient and sustainable technologies is rising substantially as investments not only reduce the CO2 footprint but will also make companies more cost-efficient. For this reason Altran is looking for experts from the energy, storage and transmission technology sectors and also from the field of deconstruction of nuclear power plants. In addition, electrical engineering experts are in great demand at present.
Apart from engineers Altran also employs Business Managers who coordinate the deployment of consultants. Due to the new recruitment, in 2013 Altran expects a total of 1,400 employees in Germany, of which more than 1,200 are consultants and about 70 Business Managers.
